The Young Athletes Class

Our Young Athletes Class is designed to help middle school and early high school athletes build a strong foundation of fitness, confidence, and movement skills in a fun, supportive environment. While the class can help improve sports performance, it is not just for athletes competing in sports. It is for any young person who wants to get stronger, move better, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits that will benefit them for years to come.

Each class incorporates age-appropriate strength training, speed and agility work, coordination, conditioning, balance, and overall athletic development. Rather than specializing too early, we focus on building well-rounded physical skills that help participants become more confident and capable both on and off the field.

Small Group Training

For teams, organizations, or groups of friends, we also offer the option to bring your own group and train together.
