TRAIN:

Mon | Tues | Wed | Fri: 5am, 8:30am, 5:15pm & Saturdays: Coffee + Train: 6:00am - 8:00am (Class Begins @ 7am)

A coach-led functional fitness class built to develop strength, stamina, and well-rounded fitness. Each session blends purposeful strength work with mixed-modality conditioning to challenge your body and elevate performance. In a typical class, you’ll move through compound lifts, free weights, functional movements, gymnastics, and aerobic conditioning. Every workout is safe, effective, and fully scalable, supporting beginners while still challenging experienced athletes. Whether your goal is to get fitter, get stronger, or feel better in daily life, Train provides the structure, coaching, and community to help you progress — one session at a time.

BUILD:

Tues | Thurs: 6:15am, 6:30pm & Saturdays: 8:15am (45 Minute Class Time For All Sessions)

Designed to develop real-world strength in a safe, structured environment. Each session blends functional movement, traditional strength work, and bodybuilding-inspired training to build muscle, improve durability, and support long-term health. Ideal for athletes seeking clear coaching and consistent progress, Build is welcoming to beginners and rewarding for experienced lifters alike. With intentional programming and supportive coaching, every workout helps you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence week after week.

ENDURE:

Thursdays: 5am, 8:30am, 5:15pm

Built to develop a stronger engine and real-world work capacity. These coach-led sessions combine running, rowing, machines, and simple, effective functional movements to improve endurance, pacing, and mental toughness. Each class is intentionally programmed to challenge aerobic capacity while reinforcing good movement and smart effort. You’ll learn how to manage intensity, stay composed under fatigue, and move efficiently for longer efforts.

STRENGTH & FLOW: (Coming Soon)

Mon | Thurs: 9:45am

Combines functional strength training with restorative movement to help you feel strong, balanced, and mobile. Each session begins with an easy-to-follow accessory strength segment focused on building stability, muscular endurance, and better movement patterns — without high intensity or complexity.
Class then transitions into a guided yoga and mobility flow designed to reduce tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery. The result is a balanced training experience that leaves you feeling strong, relaxed, and refreshed.

Legends:

Mon | Wed | Fri: 7:15am

Designed exclusively for adults in their later years, our Legends program focuses on building strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through functional fitness. Each session uses safe, scalable movements and guided resistance training to support healthy aging, maintain independence, and improve overall quality of life. Whether you’re looking to stay active, regain strength, or simply move better in your day-to-day life, Legends provides a supportive, encouraging environment tailored to your needs. Every workout is coach-led, low-impact, and carefully structured to promote longevity, resilience, and a healthier, stronger you for years to come.

Young Athletes:

Tues | Fri: 4pm

Built for middle school to early high school youth, designed to develop the strength, power, mobility, and coordination needed to excel both in life or sport. Each session focuses on teaching proper lifting technique, foundational movement mechanics, and smart training habits that promote long-term athletic development and injury prevention. Whether they’re preparing for competitive sports, looking to boost overall performance, or hoping to build confidence and healthy routines, Young Athletes provides high-energy, coach-led training in a positive, supportive environment.
