The Train Class is designed to build well-rounded fitness through structured strength work paired with purposeful conditioning. Each week follows a progressive training cycle, allowing members to build strength, improve endurance, and develop skills over time — not just get a good workout for the day.
Expect a combination of barbell lifts, dumbbell work, bodyweight movements, conditioning pieces, and aerobic work. Every session is coached and programmed with intention so volume and intensity are balanced week to week to help you train hard while staying healthy and consistent.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve conditioning, or simply train consistently with a great group of people, The Train Class is where hard work and progress meet.
The Build Class
Where functional strength meets bodybuilding.
The Build Class is focused on developing strength, muscle, and movement quality through controlled, intentional training. This class combines functional movements with traditional bodybuilding to help you get stronger, move better, and build a more resilient body.
Expect dumbbells, barbells, bands, bodyweight movements, carries, and accessory work designed to target specific muscle groups while still moving and training like an athlete. Workouts are structured at a slower pace than Train, allowing more focus on tempo, control, and quality of movement.
The Build Class is perfect for anyone looking to build muscle, prevent injury, improve movement patterns, and create long-term strength and durability.
THE LEGENDS CLASS
Strength, movement, and fitness built to last.
The Legends Class is designed for adults in their later years who want to stay strong, mobile, independent, and active for life. This class focuses on functional strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and light conditioning in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Workouts are structured to help improve everyday movements like sitting, standing, carrying groceries, climbing stairs, and maintaining balance — all while building strength and confidence. The goal is not just to exercise, but to maintain quality of life, independence, and the ability to keep doing the things you love.
The Legends Class is about showing up, moving well, staying strong, and being part of a community.
THE YOUNG ATHLETES CLASS
Build upon the foundations of movement while improving strength, speed, and power.
The Young Athletes class is designed to help athletes develop proper movement mechanics, build strength safely, and improve speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance. The focus is on teaching good movement patterns first, then progressively adding strength, power, and conditioning as athletes grow and develop.
Athletes will work on running mechanics, jumping and landing, change of direction, balance, coordination, and strength training using bodyweight, dumbbells, and other functional equipment. This program is built to help reduce injury risk while improving confidence and performance in sports.
The goal of the Young Athletes program is simple — build strong, fast, confident athletes by focusing on great movement, consistent training, and long-term development.
